Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to the booked tours in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Golden Ring cities.

Kremlin Tour / Kremlin & Armoury Museum Tour / Peterhof Tour / Catherine Palace Tour / Hermitage Tour / All private guided tours and tours with Kremlin visit

If you cancel:  

• 32 days or more before the start of the tour:  no cancellation fee
• less than 32 days before the start of the tour:  100% cancellation fee

Bunker 42 Tour / Stalin Bunker Tour

If you cancel:  

• 15 days or more before the start of the tour:  no cancellation fee
• less than 5 days before the start of the tour:  100% cancellation fee

How to cancel a tour

If you would like to cancel your tour(s) please notify us about it as soon as possible via email info@pradiz.com.

Please make sure your email has reached us – we will confirm the receipt as soon as we get it.

We will pay back an amount due within next few business days.
