What can Pradiz do for me?
Pradiz is a tour operator specializing in bespoke travel to Eastern European destinations, focusing on Russia, Armenia, Belarus, and Ukraine. We provide full service, end-to-end planning and coordination of your holiday, so that you can relax and enjoy every minute of the experience, stress-free.
I’m interested in booking with Pradiz. How do I get started?
Simply call, whatsapp, email or send us a message at www.pradiz.com/contact. A Pradiz travel consultant will reach out to you to understand what you and your travel party are looking for in your dream vacation. Then we start to build your bespoke itinerary, custom-crafted to your interests, taste and budget.
What happens when I’ve agreed to having Pradiz create a bespoke holiday for me?
We will provide you with a detailed itinerary for you and each member of your party that includes arrangements for accommodations, transport services, tours and special excursions, dining, and any visa and/or security services, and/or travel insurance you require.
Once you have reviewed your personal travel plan, Booking Terms & Conditions, and are 100% satisfied, you release a 20% deposit for the trip and we book your travel.
When do I need to pay, and what are my payment options?
All Pradiz bookings require a deposit payment to secure your travel. You will receive a payment link with your itinerary, payable online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Giropay, SEPA, WeChat Pay or Alipay. We also accept domestic and international wire transfers. Your travel consultant will provide wire transfer instructions if this is your preferred payment method. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your travel program. The remaining amount is due no less than 45 days before your departure date. For some itineraries that include domestic flights and transport, and/or other non-refundable bespoke experiences and services, a higher deposit fee may apply. Please check with your travel consultant if you have any questions about payment terms. Once your payment has been processed, we will email you a confirmation invoice and your detailed travel plan with day-by-day itinerary.
What if I want to book my own flights or hotel?
You can of course make flight arrangements for yourself and your party should you wish to do so.
For hotels and other accommodations, we handle all the bookings for you. Pradiz has preferential rates with our hotel and accommodation partners, which means you will get as good or even better price than you would be able to obtain. And, in the event of any unexpected or unusual circumstances such as the wrong room type being offered, we fix the problem for you.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For high season (between mid April - September and during the Christmas/New Year Holidays) we recommend reserving as early as possible to secure the best experience. Many specialized guides are fully engaged, in-demand cultural destinations have limited daily admissions, and celebrated restaurants are booked.
That said, in many cases we are able to accommodate travel on shorter notice, especially between October - April.
Do I need a visa to visit Eastern European countries?
Visa requirements are different depending on which country’s passport you hold, and which Eastern European countries and cities you wish to visit. Please consult with a Pradiz travel expert who will be happy to assist you with information on obtaining visas for all members of your party.
Is Eastern Europe safe to visit?
Eastern Europe, including Russia, Armenia, Belarus and Ukraine are on par in terms of safety with most areas of the developed world. We at Pradiz live and work in these magnificent destinations, and are confident that by exercising normal cautions your trip should be safe and secure.
Please feel free to bring up any concerns with your travel consultant. Your home country’s government website will typically also have useful travel safety tips that you can consult before your journey. Should you still feel the need for security services during your holiday, Pradiz can arrange for that as well.
