Let’s get started our main trip with visiting the Red Square & the Kremlin grounds where looking on the main artifacts you will touch to the history of Russian tzars and tzarinas who ruled till the Peter the Great, the Soviet Leaders, first of all, Lenin and Stalin who re-establish Moscow as a capital. So, let’s walk through the glamorous GUM as the main shop in the Soviet Union time, the world-famous Bolshoi theatre, one the first urban public park – the Alexander Garden.

Our next stop is Christ the Savior Cathedral, the largest Orthodox cathedral in the world, with the picturesque Patriarch Bridge. The Christ Savior church that was entirely recovered after the USSR collapse as a spiritual symbol of the new Russia.

On a lunch time we offer an extra option as traditional Russian quisine in one of the best restaurant in the city – Pushkin on the Tverskoy boulevard. It had been an aristocratic and fancy area during XIX century. So, it’s good chance to plunge to an atmosphere of Russian nobility so well-represented in novels of great Leo Tolstoy.

When we will see the most main and iconic symbols of Moscow we will have another part of our tour – a visiting Moscow metro. For Stalin, as a leader of Bolshevik Russia, it was one of the favorite and ambitious plan to show to all the world how prosperous new Russia is now. OK, let’s go by underground whose architecture doesn’t leave anyone indifferent by its beauty and spirit of grass and pomposity.

After the Moscow metro tour it’s time to back to a railway station and be picking up to the Sapsan. You will arrive to St. Petersburg train station at 10:35 PM.
